IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY TICKETS ON-SITE?

Tickets for the exhibition are sold on a specific date and time. Tickets are on sale in advance or directly on site at the box office - the box office is open from 9:00 to 18:00.However, due to the limited number of visitors, it may happen that the capacity for a given hour is sold out. In such a case, we recommend that you purchase tickets in advance.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR AND VIP TICKETS?

The VIP ticket has several advantages. You can choose any day to visit the exhibition. In case of a large number of visitors at the entrance or to accompanying events, you have priority entry.

Yes, the exhibition is barrier-free. Entry is possible with both a stroller and a wheelchair.

The exhibition covers an area of 3000 m2. Entrance to the exhibition is limited to the number of visitors per hour, which will allow you to visit it comfortably.

If you don't want to wait in line at the box office, we offer YOU a ticket with a specific time slot.​When purchasing your online ticket, you decide what time is ideal for your visit. Time slots are available for every full hour (09:00, 10:00, 11:00...... etc.)The time slot is used to indicate when you should arrive at the exhibition.The hour you choose within the time slot determines the time limit when you need to come to the exhibition.So - if you have a time slot for 2:00 PM, you should arrive between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, within the hour slot. You can stay inside the exhibition as long as you want.If you do not arrive within the hour reserve of the time slot, in case of higher attendance, you will not be allowed inside the exhibition immediately, but will be placed on a waiting list.

At the exhibition box office in Sport Mall Bratislava, it is possible to pay ONLY by cash or credit card. Online sales are carried out through official sellers – Ticketstream and Ticketportal. At these sellers, payment can be made using their contractual benefit partners.
