We want you to enjoy the exhibition in complete comfort and safety. For this reason, arrival at the exhibition is divided into so-called time "slots" - time windows. When booking, you decide which time window is ideal for your visit and you can then come within the entire specified time, e.g. slot 12:00 - 12:30 means that you will be admitted to the exhibition during this entire half hour. This does not mean that you have to arrive only at 12:00. If you encounter unexpected complications on the way and do not manage to arrive on time, your ticket will not be forfeited. All purchased tickets remain valid on the day of booking. After entry, you will have unlimited time to tour the exhibition during opening hours. We recommend that you reserve at least two hours for the exhibition. If you want to come on any day and hour without restrictions, and have priority entry, we recommend purchasing VIP tickets.
The VIP Fast track ticket has several advantages:
You can freely choose the day and time of your visit to the exhibition (within the exhibition's opening hours) - unlike a regular ticket, where you have to come on a specific day and time.
In the event of a large number of visitors at the entrance or to accompanying attractions, you have priority entry.

Single entry anytime within 45 days of purchase (or from the start of the exhibition), you determine the day and time you arrive.

ZTP - P – ticket with free entry for an accompanying person, proof of identity is required
STUDENT – discounted admission upon presentation of an ISIC card
SENIOR – discounted admission for seniors over 65 years of age
FAMILY TICKET 2+1 – ticket for a family of 2 adults + 1 child up to and including 15 years, maximum 2 adults
FAMILY TICKET 2+2 – ticket for a family of 2 adults + 2 children up to and including 15 years, maximum 2 adults
FAMILY TICKET 2+3 – ticket for a family of 2 adults + 3 children up to and including 15 years, maximum 2 adults
